You have got to pick up at least some heavier chihuahua clothes for her so that she does not freeze. Chihuahuas cool off easily, and whenever there’s snow and ice concerned, forget it! They can freeze and shiver and shake so soon after walking out into the brisk air… It is not even something to laugh about.
